I LOVE nutrition and all things related! I’m approaching my 30s, and I’m a wife and a mother of two who is trying to “green” up our house and help us become healthier individuals. I’ve completed my bachelors in nutrition and as of this upcoming September I’ll be joining the Army to become a Registered Dietitian. In addition to this, I’m working on continuing my journey as a runner and obtaining my certification as an instructor.
I’ve always had issues with my weight…for as long as I can remember at least. I’m currently at a healthy weight, but I’m finding it is still difficult to remain where I am with all the daily temptations. Seriously…how many times can you say no to ice cream? This is my journey to becoming a healthy and fit individual, so stay tuned!
