Calorie estimater

I was reading a blog this morning and ran across this awesome tool but out by the NIH. This Body weight planner is awesome! I love how it asks questions about goals and what amount of exercise you are willing to add to your current lifestyle. For those of us trying to shed extra pounds this can be a handy tool to help get to your goal weight. 

What are your thoughts?  What is your go to tool to help with weight control?
