Sometimes you just need a little something to keep you going. I came across this in my email and I just love it. 

It can sometimes be hard to talk us into doing something, especially when our heart isn’t in it…so find something you’re passionate about. If you don’t like running, don’t run. Find something else you enjoy like dancing, swimming, gardening or skating.  There is something out there for everybody you just have to find it and your chances of sticking with it are greater.
