mmmmmm so delicious! I found this recipe online and I just had to try it. Like most other recipes I use, I had to make substitutions.
The recipe is actually Strawberry bread but I used 1 cup strawberries and 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup Splenda, 1 cup sugar, cake flour instead of all purpose (I was out) and replaced 1/2 the oil with unsweetened applesauce.
I will definitely make again but I might double the amount of strawberries.
