Running, love or hate?

I have a love/hate relationship with running. I LOVE running, but I’m not the greatest. It occasionally hates me and kicks my butt even though I always feel better the next day. I occasionally take our dog running but she sprints for the 1st mile and then drastically slows down.

Does anybody else have this problem?

I also tend to run at night and although post work out snacks are beneficial I’m not hungry afterward. Neither is the dog. I came across this picture on Facebook and wondered if anybody gives these treats to their dog?

I won’t get these for my running buddy, but I’m curious to what others think.
