Japanese Tea Gardens

I’ve completed the first phase of my masters/dietetic internship program and we decided to celebrate and take a break by finalizing our graduation ceremony and dinner while visiting the Japanese Tea Gardens.

A few people in our group enjoyed food and tea from the small café and they stated the food was tasty.

The area is quiet, although there were quite a few families and runners in the area while we discussed our celebratory events. A great place for a family or event a single person outing that can get you back to nature.

If you decide to visit the Japanese Tea Gardens, why not swing by the San Antonio zoo and make a whole day trip!!!

About healthyfitsam

I'm a wife and a mother of two who is trying to "green" up our house and help us become healthier individuals. I'm working on my bachelors in nutrition and then it is off to become a Registered Dietitian. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it is approaching fast! I love sharing my knowledge with others about little things I find out, so stay tuned.
