I have a weakness for ice cream. A huge weakness. 😦 I could eat it all day and every day for the rest of my life, but my weight might balloon up if I do that. So, my solution is a healthy alternative. Go figure!

Greek yogurt is a bit tart by itself, but when you add fruit (craisins or grapes) it sweetens it up. It’s quite a balanced snack in my opinion. Carbohydrates and protein in a yummy combination.
