Hello Dolly Dessert Bars

Another playdate recipe:

Hello Dolly Dessert Bars


1/2 c unsalted butter

1 c graham cracker crumbs

1 c  semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 c butterscotch chips

1 c coconut flakes

1 c chopped walnuts

1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Melt butter, mix in cracker crumbs and then pat into a 7″ square or 9×13″ baking pan.  Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the crumbs in order given in layers.  Drizzle the milk over all and let set. Do NOT stir.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Cool and cut into bars.

This was a wonderfully delicious dessert but not very healthy.  Definitely a treat to have every once in a while.
