Yoga isn’t for sissies!

Day two of my P90X workout, woohoo!!!

I really wanted to do my workout while my son was taking a nap, but I called my husband and made sure he was down for doing it this evening and he said yes, so I waited. Big mistake! He bailed on me! We had a late dinner and my shins are still a little sore, so I opted to do Yoga instead of plyometrics. Needless to say, it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. My husband hung in there for about 5 mins laughing and poking me the whole time. Oh well, I finished my 90 minutes and felt great 🙂

I’m a pretty flexible person, but I still had some trouble doing some of the poses. I’m also pretty well balanced, but found some very difficult. Definitely enjoying the program and can’t wait for tomorrow.

Still don’t know my measurements because I misplaced the measuring tape. Well, actually my son likes to play with it and I think either he misplaced it, or I hid it from him and myself by not remembering where I put it. Guess I’ll be searching the house tomorrow!
